    I-539

I am helping a woman at church who came to the US on a B1/B2 visa and was diagnosed with cancer. Her visa expires in May and she still has chemotherapy that will go beyond her visa expiration date. I am helping her file an I-539. My question is does everyone who enter by air to the US get an I-94 arrival/departure form? She says she doesn't have one and the application asks for this information and copy of form. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since mid-2013, people arriving by air have gotten electronic I-94s, which they look up and print out here.

Usually in this situation her Travel Insurer would be doing everything they could to get her home.
