I have an interview scheduled for me and my wife.

I have an interview scheduled for me and my wife.

However, she already voluntary departed back in September. Our marriage went downhill because of the distance and infidelity issue. I worked hard for this marriage and now I finally got a response from USCIS after all these months telling me I have an interview for March. The problem is she is in Lithuania right now and she has warrants.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. Other than that, I feel that she was untrue in our marriage and has hurt me so much because of it; the fact that I am even concerned about this crap is beyond me. Marriage destroyed my brain.

Well, I don't need legal advice, it's just I am wondering if she can come to U.S. based on this interview and show up.

    Thanks,
    Warren

    Warren,

I believe you'll need to contact the agency issued the warrants and clear them before she can return or she will be detain upon entry.

    Best of luck.
