    Question Form questions/what to write

    Questions 33- HAve you ever been removed, deported from the U.S
    34- Have you ever been ORDERED removed, deported.....
    35 - HAve you ever been placed in removal, deportation proceedings?

    How would i answer these three? My husband came illegally and was caught near the border, that night he was fingerprinted and given voluntary departure and was taken back to mexico. Which is a yes and which would be a no?
    8/2001:i have a boy
    07/2006:i have a girl
    09/2004:EWI
    11/2004:taken to border returned after 2 mos here
    06/2005: EWI again
    2007:MET!!
    God blessed us with a baby 7/08
    Sept 5.2009: Married!!
    I-130 received at Chicago 2/7/11-text 2/11-
    5/16/2011 Text and site-APPROVED 3mos 1wk 2days!!
    5/20/2011 Paper NOA2 received!
    6/10/2011:first email to NVC 6/28/11: last email to NVC 7/7/11 CASE CLOSED!!
    8/30/11:FIRST INTERVIEW
    10/13/2011: Waiver Appt
    11/14/2011: Emailed medical expedite
    FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!

    yes first the first one no for the second, but I might be inclined to go with yes for both.

    What about 35? I take it as being put into proceedings that take a long time to get through. Is a voluntary an order of removal though? or is an order a "regular" deportation?

    I was mistaken my husband did not have a voluntary deportation it was considered a voluntary departure. I know they are different so would the answer be then no to all 3?

    it was considered a voluntary departure I found his background check with the immigration. he was working along the border in chile fields and he was caught with some others. they just took them to the office did prints and took them back. It is listed as a departure
