    Help with form I-485...thank you

Hello, I was hoping someone could shed some light on these questions from form I-485 please.
    Part 1
Question 15: Passport number used at last arrival
(husband has an El Salvador passport so obviously I would put that number here)

Question 16: Travel document used at last arrival
(this is where I am getting confused, is this the passport? Or is this the I-94 document that was issued with his advance parole?)(is the I-94 considered a travel document?)

Question 17: Expiration date of this passport or travel document
(so since he has both do I put the expiration date of both his passport and I-94 document?) It only seems to be allowing space for one date

Question 18: Country that issued this passport or travel document
( I was going to put consulate of el Salvador in Washington DC and Norfolk, VA for his advance parole) is this right or wrong?

Question 19: Nonimmigrant Visa number from this passport
(he never traveled with a “visa” so will I put NA here?

I guess my main question would be is the advance parole document I-94 considered the “travel document”? If that’s the case than I guess I will answer question 16, 17, 18 based solely on the I-94 document

Has anyone else gone through a similar case? The old form I-485 did not have these questions but since I didn’t submit these forms on time I had to redo the documents using the new forms.

Thanks in advance guys! I appreciate any and all support

A passport is a travel document. This question is asking about non-passport travel documents. Since he used a passport, he didn't use a non-passport travel document, and so should leave this blank or put "N/A". In other words, only one of questions 15 or 16 should be answered.

Like I said above, the "travel document" refers to a non-passport travel document, which he didn't use. He either used a passport or a non-passport travel document. Since he used a passport, these questions are about his passport.

Yes, you can put something like "N/A - advance parole"

Hi was hoping I could ask you if you know if I have to send all my husbands I-94 entrances with my packet as supporting docs or if I just need to send his most recent I-94? He has left on advance parole 3 times in the 17 years he has been here. Any idea? Thanks in advance.

You're a US citizen? In that case, he just needs his most recent I-94.
