    obtaining a driver's license

Hello everyone, I haven't been here in a long time. I have a question, my sister was petitioned by her husband several years ago and still nothing has been done. She hired a lawyer and when her appointment date came he did not send her to Juarez, I guess she wasn't approved, I'm not sure. Anyway, is there any way she can obtain an ID or driver's license? She is encountering so many problems with an expired license. Any advice is appreciated.
Mom was approved August 2009, after being denied January 2009. All I can say is don't give up and keep the faith.

In Colorado if you are illegal you can get a DL.
