    Chance for appeal?

I have another post with my whole story but in this post I have one question. Is there a way to get a chance at a court date to appeal a decision when an illegal "signed" the form to agree to be deported?

They are saying that because he signed that he doesn't have a chance alone to go in front a judge that only a lawyer can help him now. So far not having luck in the lawyer department. The reason I am asking is because my boyfriend/common law husband/husband to me signed one a little over 10 years ago and now he is mixed up in all this immigration mess again. For the sake of myself and my children I can't give up. I have to find a way to get him some type of court date even if no lawyer yet will take this on because it's to hard. When God says it will happen it will we just have to find a way to get this started and he will take care of the rest.

I assume it was a stipulated removal, I really do not know, I would not think this is a DIY situation, would need a very good lawyer and a good basis.

You do hear some cases where a Lawyer will take on a case knowing that there is no hope but still take the money. So if quite a few Lawyers are saying there are no options be careful, someone will always take your money.
Nothing in life is guaranteed, especially anything to do with Immigration.

An alien who has already been ordered removed and then is again unlawfully present is subject to that Order of Removal being reinstated. DHS is entitled to deport the alien without a hearing

I have heard say well let me rephrase that their sectaries say no chance. I completely understand what you are saying but on the other hand faithfully speaking the good lord has the last say and that is what we are trying this on for ourselves just faith. I am trying to learn all this on a curve but most of it runs circles for me. To bad their isn't a DIY situation or place to look for stuff like this. Even criminal stuff isn't this complicated.lol

I have tried the list of lawyers I found on the internet which is the same list they gave him. They don't handle situations such as ours only if it is an asylum case, spousal abuse, or victum of a crime. I don't know of the advocacy groups in the area. Any way I can search for those?
