    Case closing after approved waiver

Hello. My father's waiver has been approved November 1st. We sent in our documents November 3rd to Lithuania's visa center. We are still waiting for them to close the case. I was just wondering how long does it usually take for them to close the case? I'm starting to get worried because it's been over a month now..

    congratulations on your father's approval,
my waiver just got approved also 2 days ago, I called the NVC and I been told that is takes up to one month for them to close the case once they received all the forms they need.
I m still working with my lawyer to send in all the forms to NVC with the DS 260.
can you please tell me what documents your dad send to NVC

Your lawyer has to print out a list of the documents needed by your embassy , because every embassy is different. Also, my father received a check off list of the documents from visa center needed to send a while ago , before we even submitted the waiver

And congratulations by the way !

Anything yet? Now I'm super worried. My 601A was approved nov. 26 and we sent out the nvc package dec. 10. It's been over 2 months and still nothing. My lawyer says all we can do is wait for the email. I tried calling but the number they gave me says the NVC has too many calls at the moment and automatically hangs up on me.

Thank you for this link! It says we need to submit documents but I'm certain we submitted everything via my lawyer. I called my lawyer, waiting on a call back, and emailed them through the link you provided. I hope I get answers soon because it's been over 60 days and I'm super stressed :-/
