    Hello everyone. Sorry, no updates. On Thursday they told me that I just have to wait, at the InfoPass appointment. As if 10 years isn't long enough, and then more than a year after that in processing. 😳
    They did tell me it wasn't assigned to an officer yet, which they told me it was back in December. Just being passed around from clerk to clerk apparently.
    I reached out to my senator again and the ombudsman.
    I'll let you know when I hear anything. 😢🙏🙏🙏

    Couldn't adjust status so applied for Visa Interview
    05/2006 Left US for Visa interview in CDJ
    Denied Visa - Permanent bar - 10 yrs. until we can file waiver
    Lived together 6 mos. on 6 mos. off in Mexico
    Completely Relocated to TJ 11/2007 - Together Again


    We are praying for waiver reform as part of CIR.
