So today I received the NOA for the I-212 we sent to Nebraska Service Center after it was returned from the Local Field office. Its says
"The above case has been received by our office and is in process" by any chance did your letter state the same thing before it was transferred to your local office?

    Hello HSuarez

I have not seen an update for some time now, I am hoping the reason being is that you have completed this process and you are happily leaving together with your husband and have no time for this post anymore.

    Wishing you well.

    Hi Cesarai,
Sorry I did not respond to this message. Something stopped my notifications from popping up on tapatalk.
Anyway, that was what my notice said when it was received. It said it was transferred once it was transferred.

Hello everyone, sorry for not posting updates, but unfortunately I don't have an update to post.
We are practically at the 60 day mark on the 60-90 day timeframe we were given as response to our last inquiry. So hopefully in the next 30ish days I will be able to share more.
Hope you are all doing well and keeping your head up in this process.

    Hi everyone,
Well we passed the 90 days stated in our last letter from the field office and still no approval. We called USCIS and they filed an inquiry for us. Unfortunately, we received the same exact form letter response, 60-90 days!....crazy!

I made an infopass appointment for Thursday & hope to find out some more info. 1 year has passed since we filed & almost 1 year since receipt, with 8 months since it arrived at the field office.

Not sure what else we can do & feeling disappointed.
