    New to this!!!

    Hi my name is Alisha!!! I have been married to my amazzing husband for 4 years and been together for 6 years!! We have two beautiful little boys ages 2 and 4!!! And we are currently in the process of developing our i601 Waiver!!! This is the hardest part of our journey and finding this forum is like a godsend!!! I am beyond stressed out about this and making myself crazzy I am scared to death that we will be denied!!! Has anybody sent in there waiver after March 4th, 2013?!!! I have not heard from anybody that has and I am scared!!! Thank you for this website and all the help!

    Hello and welcome to the forum!

    My husband EWI from Mexico in 1991, and we married in 2011 and filed the I-130. By February 2012, he had his visa appointment in Juarez, and we were one of the first Lockbox filers in July 2012. It took us less than a month for approval! No lawyer used, but only because the one we initially retained turned out to be horrible. Don't make our same mistake!! Use an experienced, recommended attorney!
