    My Mood
    Worried
Hello everyone This is my 9c Story.
In 1998 my husband entered the USA illegally and was caught in the Texas wilderness and then finger printed and thrown back over the Rio Grande. A year later in 99 he crossed over again on foot and was successful...he walked 12 days in the wilderness to San Antonio and almost died....but he made it....He continued to live in Texas for a couple of years and then went back to Veracruz to visit his mother...for a while...Then he crossed into Texas successfully again in 2003 and lived in Arkansas where we met and got married in 2005.
In 2007 we decided to move to Mexico and file his I 130. We moved to Mexico Jan 1st, 2007 and his I 130 was approved in 2008...then we had our interview in Cuidad Juarez Sept 2008. That is where they gave him the 212(a)(9)(c) and wrote that he could apply to return on Jan 1st, 2017.
