I am Seeking protection, need help to know, "HOW?"

Thanks to all of you for responding me, I really appreciate.
Well I am not intending to come to U.S for assyum, I need protection in France only.

Probelm is that I have never been in tihs kind of situation before in my life neither I know anyone who knows what to do. And my knowledge is zero that what to do and where to go to ask for help.

Now first there are 2 main question I'd like ask:

    1. Can't any NGO help me, like UNHCR, should I be doing all the paper work myself including hiring a lawyer and paying him his fees? Then what's the point of these NGOs existance if they can't help people who needs them?

    2. As you read all my case, now in the light of what you know about my case, I'd like to know from you, that the eviadnce which I have, are these enough evidance? And/or what other evidance I have to have to make my case stronger.

Question number 2 is so important, please answer both my questions.

    1. This is exactly what I was referring to by "legal assistance service" although I wasn't really clear. Many non-profit organizations are set up to help people in need of desperate assistance, such as asylum-seekers. Even if the organization itself doesn't provide legal assistance, they tend to have links to places providing low-cost legal assistance, at least here in the US and I would assume it's similar in France.

    2. We really are not the place to seek comment on #2. Again, the asylum process in France is going to be quite different from that in the US, which is what we're familiar with. Anything we can offer is purely speculation and not of much use.

I do hope you have success in seeking an organization to help you navigate the system in France!
Please post your immigration questions on the forum, not in a private message. Always consult an experienced lawyer before filing.
*If you believe you or someone on your behalf checked the "US Citizen" box on an employment document, please do not send a private message. Talk to a trusted lawyer about what could happen. *
