    How soon after NVC received all paperwork an appt is scheduled?

    How soon after NVC has sent an email stating that the have received all paperwork a visa appointment is scheduled?
    waiver appt on June 17th, received dhl on july 19th in merida. APPROVED!

    Did you get an email today? congrats... We are still waiting to hear from them, but from what i have read here, it isn't that long after that you hear something.. how long was your wait at NVC?

    we submitted the DS-230 online on 3/3/11 so we are waiting to hear that the case has been completed, hopefully we dont get any RFE that will make the wait much longer...we are ready to take on Juarez!!
    07/12/11 Medical Exam and ASC Fingerprints done in the same day successfully!
    07/14/11 Visa Appointment at 10:15 am successful, chance to apply for waiver (took approx. 3.5 hrs)
    07/28/11 Called in 703 # scheduled wife's waiver appointment, set for September 15 10:00AM
    09/15/11 Waiver Appt., went smooth
    12/05/11 Approval Letter DATED from Anaheim
    12/12/11 Approval Letter from Anaheim received today!!!!!!!!
    01/03/12 Permanent Resident Alien Card dated
    NOW WE WAIT FOR OUR TURN FOR N-400 PROCESS (CITIZENSHIP)

    I hear you!! I want to get this process over with quick...we received our email to pay our fees on 2-1-2011 and paid on 2-3-2011 and sent in our sponsors and my income tax documentation on the same day.. they received it on 2-7-2011 and now we are just waiting to hear something.. Good luck and keep us posted...

    I started my process in 2010 but I had some trouble with them in getting all the paperwork electronically. I would say 4 mos. if they get every single e-mailed answered promptly with all the required paperwork. Yes I got the e-mail today!!!

    Ours said case closed on the Feb. 21st and I received an email on the March 2nd saying our apt was set for April 1st.
    January 2002: Hubby was catch & release 3 X's within 5 days
    August 2002: Hubby EWI
    April 2006: Met hubby
    Sept. 2007: Married
    Papers filed & I-130 Approved
    August 2009: Stopped and held by ICE/ released on bond 2 weeks later
    Feb. 7th 2011: Hubby received Voluntary Deportation/ has to be back in MX by April 8th
    April 1st @1315: Visa Interview
    April 1st: Allowed to file the waiver...YAY!!!!
    June 13th @ 0830: Waiver Apt.

    AND NOW WE WAIT!!!!

    June 29th: Received referral notice, need more time to check Gov. records

    August 23: Received Approval Notice dated August 11th 2011

    I sent mine on 3/2/11 and waiting to hear something. I called on Friday and the operator told me to wait a little more, my case still under review. I just can't wait

    Once you receive your email it takes about 2 or 3 months approximately .. I remember I got the e-mail and I started callng the NVC number and I ask them when will I be able to have an appointment... they would tell me is taking a few months but we cannot really say when... so I kept on calling each day.. wow was it a hassle bcuz sometimes i couldn't get thru it was a busy line most of the time so finally I got thru and I ask again when will i have an appt the lady said by mid february soo me and my hubby had already in mind it will be by then to my surprise I get an e-mail that our first appt was Jan 27!!
    so just hang & good luck
