11/2009- 3rd trip to see my Husband
3/2010- Inquired about I 130 status
5/2010- I-130 interview (only petioner had to attend) I 130 approved
6/2010- Case transfer to NVC
6/2010- 4th trip to see Husband on vacation for 2months with kids.
7/2010- Received AOS $ 70 bill and Choice of agent
8/2010- Back in the states--- Paid Visa bill. Sent NVS package
9/2010- Missing US criminal background ---- Sent Us criminal background
10/2010- Case complete at NVS
01/2011- 5th trip to Honduras weekend with the hubby
01/24/2011- Visa interview--- Denied waiver needed
01/2011- Waiver submitted ---- Hoping my Christmas present will be my husband back home
