    02/2005-my son and I meet love of my life 08/2005-get married!
    12/2005-our 2nd son is born
    10/17/2009-Sent I-130 ~ 02/16/2010- I-130 approved
    04/23/2010-Finally sent AOS and DS230~NVC recvd docs 04/30/2010~Recvd RFE and sent off docs needed 05/14/10...
    06/07/2010-Case Complete/ First appt. CDJ 07/29/2010 @ 7:15am~eligible to file waiver!
    08/27/2010- 9:30am-Waiver appt.-2-4 wks DHL
    09/06/2010- Waiver approved!!!!!!!! Recvd dhl in Michoacan hometown 09/10/10-hubby home 09/11/2010
    10/01/2010-Recvd 2 welcome letters 10/06/2010 Recvd Green Card 10/06/2010 had to apply at SS office for#-Recvd SS card 10/13/2010

    Feb 2005 Met Hubby in ES
    June 2006 Hubby EWI from ES to US
    Sept 2006 1st daughter born
    July 2007 married
    Feb 2009 Husband self deports for ES to begin process of getting U.S. visa
    Nov 2009 I-212 & I-601 submitted and waiting...
    July 2010 2nd daughter born
    March 2011 - Found ineligible (after 16 months of waiting for waivers to be reviewed!)under I-212(a)(6)(b) for 5 years for which there are no waivers available for missing a court hearing in 2006 that we were unaware of.
    Sept 2011 - Our 3rd daughter is born!
    Feb 2014 - Will be submitting both I-212 & I-601 again... to be continued...

    February 2001 - Hubby entered on B1/B2 visa
    March 28, 2009 - Married
    April 6, 2010 - Picked up by ICE
    March 3, 2011 @1300 - I-601 and I-212 turned in for Panama
    May 5, 2011 - Panama's "Date received" with processing of 8-10 months.
    Jan 17, 2012 - (8 months and 12 days from receipt to approval)
    March 5, 2012 - Back home! (1 year and 11 months after deportation)

    Yeah, it's actually nice to be unemployed at least for today cause I cannot imagine going to work like that. Last night they were even telling some plow drivers to go home and get off the streets.
