August 30,2010- received email about first appointment
October 6, 2010-had 1st interview qualified for waiver...
November 9,2010- Waiver interview...
November 19,2010- Worst News we were backlogged
January 21, 2011- Sent all my packet of add'l evidence to lawyer she will send everything prepared
February 04,2011- Lawyer sent addt'l evidence to USCIS
February 7,2011- USPS confirms that evidence was recieved.
June 20,2011- received notice of Approval dated 06/10/11
June 23, 2011- received second letter of instruction dated 6/17/2011
June 29, 2011- re-did medical in Juarez
June 30, 2011- picked up medical and sent medical & passport to consulate thru DHL
July 1, 2011- Consulate received package
July 5, 2011- processed package
July 6, 2011- Waybill # Appeared & Visa Issued confirmed by 703#
July 7, 2011- Consulate sends package out to Toluca
July 8,2011- Package arrived to Toluca & hubby went to pick it up VISA IN HANDS!!!!
July 9, 2011- HUBBY coming home!!!!!
