Jessica, I am wondering if Mario came over to the US illegally? I think that I am reading that right. If so, I think that you filed the Fiance Visa. I think that I am in a kind of same situation. Let me tell you a little bit and see if you can help me out. My Fiance came to the US illegally in 2005 and he was here until 2008 when he went back to Mexico. He was not deported or anything like that. His mother needed him back home to take care of their family ranch. I still travel back and forth to see him in Mexico. I have pictures and bus tickets and phone bills to show that we still have a relationship. Did Mario not go to Mexico? How did you file the fiance visa if he was here in the US? Please help me out. If you can tell me what to do or what you done. I have filled out the I-129F and I will be sending it off sometime this week. I am really wondering about the I-601. Someone please help, that has or is going through the same thing that I am going through with the Fiance being here illegally and then going back to Mexico. Thank you so much.
