April 29 2010 Hired Ana Maria Schwartz I-130 Noa 1~ Sept 29 2010 I-130 Approved ~ Oct 26 2010 iv 404.00 fee paid ~ Nov 29 2010 submitted last forms electronically ~ Dec 13 2010 Nvc recieved documents ~ jan 4 2010 Nvc stated again they just recieved forms?!Jan 10 2010 Case completed NVC March 1 2011 visa appointment ~~MAY 06 2011 Waiver appointment!! ~~{paid fee and handed in waiver}Stuck in Tijuana waiting for Juarez to accept our sponsor papers~June 14 2011 recieve letter from DHL, they have accepted all papers ~June 20 2011 Was told I need to make another waiver appointment!! ~~JULY 6 ~~Waiver appointment again!
I know it's an older thread but I'ts Never too late to say : I'm so sorry for your recent loss, I also know she'll always be with you, watching you and your children from above. I know the painfulll feeling of loosing your mother so young but, God knows best. I'll be praying for you, your family, and for all of us.
