I have a slightly amended prayer/good vibes/good thoughts request. I have a difficult trainer and am concerned her attitude is going to prevent me from learning because she has not been very willing to do any actual training. I feel like the information I am trying to learn I have to extract from her. She has a difficult personality and isn't the most popular in our department, but I am trying to learn what I can and keep it professional. I would like to learn quickly so I can show my manager I am capable of the job and I don't want bad training to hold me back. Please keep me in your prayers and thoughts if you can as I navigate this strange training experience. I am still excited about the job though!

We have a few people lined up for child care so hopefully they will still be able to do it once I go to night shift so thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers in that area. Keep them coming.

I wanted to request some more good vibes/thoughts/prayers for the next few days. I am in the last parts of my training and my boss is getting ready to release me from training, but I have to jump through what feels like hoops of fire with my shift supervisor in order to get released from training/keep my job out of jeopardy . My shift supervisor is the one mentioned in the post above.

I'm still working on getting a schedule that would allow us to avoid paying for hours of childcare and if everything goes as planned, we will need a babysitter for only one night a week. This is assuming I get to keep my job, of course....
