    Question Sample of Affidavits Letter for I-751

    I am getting ready to send all the information for my husband but I still haven't gotten anyone to do the letter. The reason is I don't know how exactly it is suppose to look like or what the letter entitles. Could someone show me a sample of there letter. Promise not to copy just would like to get some ideas. Please help... anyone.

    9/27/10 mailed I-751 packet to remove condition
    9/30/10 Packet received at U.S. Department of Homeland Security
    10/1/10 Check was Deposit by U.S. Department of Homeland Security
    10/7/10 Received I-797C Visa extended for one year until decision is made.
    11/23/10 2 year green card expires

    Did not use a lawyer. Thanks to I2US
