I need help filling out Affidavit of Support Form I-864

My cousin is a permanent resident trying to adjust status for his son but does not meet the financial requirements on the I-864. I want to help. Do I need to fill out affidavit of support for him and me? Am I considered a joint sponsor? I need help. I have filled one out before but that was years ago and this form is somewhat different in wording and I don't want to mess this up. Can someone help me? Is there a forum I can go to with scanned examples? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to help them.

Hello,
if you go to the uscis.gov website and click on forms on the upper left corner(forms) there will be a list will all the forms needed to adjust status and other immigration related applications. Go the the I-864, there will be the application and info that goes along with it. You can download it and look at it. The info has 11 pages, and it tells you everything regarding how to fill out the form. I think on the application itself it has an area for the main sponsor and then one underneath it for people who need to fill in the info for a co-sponsor.
I personally think you don't need another application for a co-sponsor, but read through it, it should tell you and perhaps someone else comes to your post who has more knowledge about it.

no.

he is the sponsor, he will fill out the i864 as a sponsor, and you are the joint sponsor and you will fill out a separate i864 as a joint sponsor.

unless, you live in the same house, then you would fill out the i864A as a co-sponsor.

aleful so i fill out an i-864 for me and my cousin right? but on his i mark that he is the first of two joint sponsors? And on mine i mark that i am the second of two joint sponsors?

no, you don't fill out his i864. like I said before, your cousin has to fill out his own as a sponsor. you worry about yours.

he will mark his as I am the sponsor, since he is the petitioner.

you will mark on your i864: I am the only joint sponsor, unless he needs another joint sponsor.

I am the affidavit of support of my brother in law wife,on part 1 a will be letter d, i am the only join sponsor it that wright ??
Because my brother in law should be letter a ,he is the petitioner is this is correct ??

each of you file an i864. if your brother is petitioning for his wife, then he will fill out his i864 as sponsor. If you don't live with them, you will fill out your i864 as only joint sponsor. that is correct, as long as you file 2 different i864.

can you clarify who are you petitioning for and who would be your joint sponsor or there is no joint sponsor? I'm confused.
