August 15 2006 -- I meet my future hubby
August 26 2006 -- We started Dating
May 2007 -- Hubby get's "removed".. thought it was deported but we were wrong!
June 2007-- I fly to Mexico to be with my vida
July 7 2007 -- We have our cival wedding in Noria De Angeles, Zac
July 2007 -- I fly back to USA
Septemeber 26 2007 - Filed I-130
March 4 2008 -- I-130 APPROVED
April 2008 : sent fees for DS-230 and I-864 ....
Novemeber 2008 -- called NVC, packet sent out in May??!!?? Called lawyer, made demands on where packet was and got the ball rolling
January 2009 -- Sent Ds-230 and I-864 to lawyer for review.
February 11 2009-- Got hubbys case for his warrant dismissed!! :happy:
February 20 2009- Lawyer sent packet to NVC (I-864 and Ds-230)
February 16 2009- submitted FOIA request
February 24 2009 - DS-230 is in the system!! Come one I-864!!

April 29 2009-
First Interview @ 11:45 --- MISSED * had no money *
August 2009- Received FOIA report- Found out immigration report said I hubby was illegally present since February 2006, when he actually EWI'd succesfully in August 2006. Makin the bar 10, instead of 3... but we will fight this!!! We know we are right!
March 27th 2010- received letter saying case had been dismissed since no appointment was made within a year of missed appointment, called and had them resubmit case.
April 26 2010 received letter in mail saying interview is scheduled on: May 27 2010 at 8:15!!
May 24 2010-- Will be 3 years since hubby was removed
May 27 2010-- First Interview - 8:15am --
Was denied under 221(g) --- need additional evidence!
June 4 2010- I fly to El Paso and then cross into Ciudad Juarez to give my husband proof of our relationship
June 6 2010- I fly back to usa... Solo.. again...
June 7 2010- Hubby submits additional evidence... giving DHL tracking number and told to wait anywhere from one day to a week... waiting....
June 10 2010-- DHL is READY 4:20pm..... 5:30pm hubby signs for package.... 5:37pm Hubby calls me and causualy says "we are good"... mean he got his visa!!
June 10 2010 6:40pm - Husband gets VISA stamped at bridge!!
June 11 2010- I get on a plane to bring my baby HOME!!
June 12 2010- We spend the LAST day in Ciudad Juarez
June 13 2010- We fly HOME to North Carolina TOGETHER!!!!
June 21 2010 - Social Security number arrived!!
June 29 2010- Hubby got N.C. Driver's License!
July 12 2010- First Welcome Letter Arrived
July 16 2010 - Second Welcome Letter arrived!
July 20 2010 - Green Card Arrived!!!
Confirmation of enlisting in selective services also arrives!
