Hello every one ,

I hope you guys will be doing great and geting good news
from your visa petions.Well we have little problem here .our I-130 approved month ago but we heav,t heard any thing from NVC so we call them .after talking to us they told us to send scan copy of our I-130 by e mail to nvcresearch@state.gov .So we will work on it now its been over week we not get any e mail from them .My question is that is any one from you guys went through this and what they will do when they will have our I-130 scan copy .it will be great to hear any thing from you guys.

Hello dear My2122004,
Yes i got response from them after like 9 to 12 days and they told me where is my case now if it still in uscis or in national visa center.So hopefully they will response to you back after when they will search about your questions.So do,t worry they will come back to you .

I think i have to be prepared for long exausting battle of trying to get file to NVC . i sent the email hope nextweek i will get response. and will know where my file is

problem is i dont know what to do once they get back. if its still with USCIS ..is there a way we could ask them to send file or they just say wait 90 days and then we will do something.

My212, if you pass 6-8 weeks from I-130 approval and they still can't locate your petition, it could be necessary to have your legislator's office begin inquiring and pushing them to locate it.

this is frustating we have to run behind uscis in every single step and they just delay and delay.

i filed i-824 in june 5th ..requested expedite which approved on jun 15th

expedite request stated it will take 90 days ..its ridiculous to take 90 days just to tell somebody in dept to send file to nvc

then they took 98 days and approved it

but case never came to nvc . what is point of approving 824 when they never send it ..

whats the point of expedite approval when in these 98 days they cant locte the file and request them to send to nvc

now i have to call senators and nvcreserch to find where the file is and uscis is gonna keep saying contact nvc
