Applying for children to visit parent with an H2A visa

Hi we have several employees on our farm that come to work for us on H2A visas that we apply for and renew every year. I have some employees that would like to have their children to be able to come and visit. Is this possible and what visa is best and how do I go about it.
In my research I found that an H4 visa could be applied for dependents of an H2A worker but I don't know the process and what the requirements are. With and H4 would they have to renew it every year I bring them back with a new visa because the H2A visas only last 10 months tops.
Is it possible to apply for a tourist visa for their children and would that be a possibility.
    Thanks for any help.

The children can apply for B1/B2 visas but I'm not sure what their odds of approval are when their parent is on an H2A. I would think H4s would be easier to get approved but they are dependent on their parents' H2As, so yes, every time the H2A gets renewed, the H4 has to be renewed as well. This might be a good question for an employment-based immigration lawyer.
