It could be as short as 2-3 days or up to 6 days. Check out some of the previous threads to get a better idea. There are some people waiting in CDJ right now for a response, their waiver appts were last week.

They told my wife at the consulate 3-5 business days. In my opinion the approvals for I-601 waivers take 3-5 days, I saw 2 people who were referred that got their package the day after their appointment.

yes it normally takes about 2 days and up to a week. If hes approved he will pick up his packet at the DHL office. He'll take the packet to the bridge where they will take whats in there except his passport and 2 sheets of paper telling him about his approval and how to get a ssn# They will stamp his passport and he can use that to come back to the US, work, go to school until his LPR card arrives.
APPROVED 06/05/09 thanks to GOD and I2US
