CNN Live Anderson Cooper is on right now. It showed the building in Juarez where the 17were executed at the rehab center. They killed the dog too.
Michael Ware and his producer Ismael Estrada went on patrol with a task for
police in Juarez, where they discovered it's still a deadly place to be.

I knew it was the kidnapping capital of the U.S. but for the world, I didn't hear that. But I could believe it. Criminals, drug dealers, human smugglers, close family members that are fellow dealers. People who do it for money or punishing their rivals. And they said El Paso is one of the safest small cities.

Unfortunately that will never happen since they just built the new one. But I do wonder what would happen if all of a sudden there was an astronomical number of Americans and others getting kidnapped, shot and killed there. What would they do if it became extreme?
