    Yes, it does!!! I just updated my SS card and applied for my passport today!!!!

    11/04 -- Started AOS process
    08/06 -- Received 10 year GC
    6/9/09 -- Mailed N-400 application to Vermont Service Center (VSC)
    6/12/09 -- N-400 application received at VSC
    6/17/09 -- Check cashed..
    6/22/09 -- USCIS NOA [I-797C] received..
    6/29/09 -- Received fingerprint appointment NOA (appt date 7.14.09)
    7/14/09 -- Have FP taken..
    7/31/09 -- Received naturalization interview for 9/9/09 (time to study!!)
    9/9/09 -- Had my naturalization interview + Oath Ceremony!!! I am now a USC
