How long does it take to get a response from the BIA? Does anyone know or have some links to information on this topic. Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is accurate, but I thought I would post it for you anyway:

How long does it take to decide an appeal?
There is no time limit, and it regularly takes anywhere from six to thirty-six months depending on the court and the type of case. Cases where the noncitizen is in immigration detention receive the highest priority.

They say anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. I don't know if my Lawyer is saying the truth or he wants me to keep making my monthly payment as the case drags on. Very frustrating! Is yours an i-130 and how is it coming along? lets keep in touch. Good wishes!
