    I-130 NOA1 - NOA2 timelines

Hey everyone. I know at the top of the I-130 thread there is a list of everyone's individual timelines. But .... If you guys are anything like me, I like to see lists, charts, graphs, etc...so that I can compare information that is all in one place....(I love the list on the VJ site, it gives everyone a good idea of dates that the service centers are working on!!)

So...I have been thinking that a general list of people waiting for I-130 approvals would be a great idea.

I have taken the information that everyone provided in their indiviual timelines and started this list. If you would like to be added - or I have entered something wrong, please let me know and I can add/correct the list.

The list will read as follows: Member Name - I-130 Sent Date - NOA1 Date - NOA2 Date (service center)

tasksgirl- noa 1 means-notice of action one which you will receive when dhs processes your I-130. NOA 2 means notice of action two and that is when your I-130 has been approved.

sweetlove - done! Thanks for letting me know!

NOA1 - is basically your receipt confirming that they are processing your petition. It will provide your priority date of which they will process your I130 by.

    NOA2 - approval notice

angela - I actually like the list at the top - as M&M does with all of the waiver lists. That way - everyone knows it is the first post - that just continually gets updated and for newcomers - you are not always searching through the posts. In my opinion, it also prevents the thread from becoming long and repetitious.

If everyone would rather do it the way you suggest, I will stop editing the top post - but that is my preference and I will continue to do it that way unless the consensus thinks otherwise....

akiselyk and jsierra - thanks for the info, I will update the information - and lets hope we all hear something soon!!
