How do you get on the mailing list to receive coupons

If you have particular "faves", just google their website and get on their mailing list. They'll be sending you free samples (I get a lot of these in the mail) and coupons.

I'm in a small town with anything big too far away. I use coupons when I come across them, but that's not too often.

We have like Walmart (no grocery) and Kmart. Grocery stores are Ingles and Bi-Lo, I go to Ingles and save money with their advantage card alot.

Even though these are great ideas, I seem to think that people will buy stuff when they have coupons for it usually they wouldn't buy it at all. See, I don't use coupons, cause there are no coupons for what I usually buy.....so it sucks

Me too, but some things like the colgate toothpast, I have a coupon from a while back for $1.00 off and Walgreens has them for b1g1 free. So I can get 2 things of Colgate for $1.00 since they start at $1.99.

see i've only cut out coupons for things that I do buy. I have my list of stuff for tomorrow and i'll save 20$ on stuff that i need now and that i buy. You just have to search for the brands you buy for. I am very picky when it comes to certain things. I will not buy any other spaghetti sauce other than newman's own. I don't like any of the others.

Now a few you need to buy 2 of but that's ok too because they are things that I use all the time.

I also found a coupon fro 4$ off for olive garden and a free appetizer for the macaroni grill which are restaurants we like to go to.

For example, for tomorrow's shopping, i have coupons for : colgate total, betty crocker brownies, toaster strudel, suave shampoo, lucky charms, veet, bic pens, fiber one, tabasco, michelina's and lean cuisine, sauce from house of tsang (which i recently discovered), Green works cleaners, arm and hammer laundry soap, a&h litter.

All of those are things i buy and i'm saving 50c to a dollar. For the colgae, it's 1.50$. I also have a coupon for electrosol which i use for the dishwasher and that's a whopping 2.25$ coupon!

I used to think like you too until I started searching for things that I actually do buy. I'm a convert for sure!

Another thing is the Comet.. They are 2 for 99 cents and then there is a coupon for 35 cents off so I got 2 for .64 cents.

i also have some comet ones, i use comet too. For some things that I do use like comet, if the coupon expires before I need them, I will buy and stock up.
