    I will have more info on lodging...But here is some info on airlines...

    For SAP (San Pedro Sula) it is the Ramon Villeda Morales International Airport. The following airlines fly into SAP (from the US):

    *Zizima Eco-Water Park
    *Wonderland Water Park (This is in front of the Stadium)
    *Mayan Ruins (not in SAP but a must see, so amazing and beautiful in person)

    I recommend the Apartanon (sp?) if you will be visiting La Ceiba. It's right on the ocean and has a nice pool. We paid about $30 per night.

    Wow! This is awesome! I can't wait to get home so I can click on those links and check 'em out (at work right now... BLOCKED)

    I will be staying mostly around Tocoa & Trujillo.... probably mainly at Trujillo because hubby says it's safer than Tocoa. I am hoping we will only have to stay in Tegucigalpa for 1 or 2 nights.

    In Trujillo, we will stay at the Christopher Columbus for a couple nights. I think it equates to like $50 per night... and I hate spending even THAT much, but hubby used to go in there all the time when he was a police officer, and he always dreamed of what it would be like to stay there. He never in his wildest imagination thought he would actually GET to be a guest some day! The rest of the time, we will stay at the Hotel Brinkley, which is like $25 per night. I saw pictures online and fell in love. I will post some later when I am at home and stuff is not blocked.

    2/22/07 Gave birth to Latina princess
    2/19/08 Detained by ICE
    2/19/08 FILED I-130, FINALLY!!
    3/4/08 Hubby granted voluntary departure!
    3/24/08 Hubby flown back to Honduras
    07/16/08 Reqst Expedite/ Reqst Denied
    07/27/08 Found out I-130 was approved on 7/25!!!
