    Financial evidence

What financial evidence we should bring with us to the interview, is tax form enough, or they need bank statments etc?

what financial arguments did you make in your HSL? whatever arguments you made, you need documents to back that up. just handing them random bank statements and stuff isn't going to do anything.

No, that's not what I ment, I got the appointment letter and there is a list of documents i need to bring with me to the interview like, birth certificat, merriage licence etc, and ther is a financial ewidence, and I just to don't know if it's a tax retourn or something else.

This is not for the waiver, it's for the interview , I just don't want to forget anything. I have a lawyer to take care of a waiver but not the consular proccedings.

Have you already submitted the affidavit of support? You should have been given a detailed list for the I-864. If you have already done this, then they are probably looking for financial evidence of your marriage, co-mingling of funds, etc.
