    Dear Mr. ROCKY,

Thanks for your message. *I emailed them on Friday forwarding the response from our inquiry to let them know that that USCIS will be contacting them soon about our approval*

We already have the information in regards to your waiver approval. No documents are missing and the case was forwarded for issuance. Please wait the delivery.

I almost didn't believe it, and I just checked the CEAC website and we are now in Administrative Processing---WOOOHOOOOO!

I'm so excited that today, exactly one month since our waiver approval, is a good day for us. Since they don't need anything from us (Rocky's passport is already there, and his medical exam results and police certificates are still good) I'm hoping that they issue the visa this week and get it in the mail! I might have him home at the end of next week!

Thank you all so much for your support--keep the prayers coming that they breeze through this quickly and my baby is home soon!
    Congratulations!!!! yey!! about time!!!

Thank you all so much. I'm actually more shocked than anything, because in the email from Nebraska on Friday it stated that they have requested to notify Rio again of our approval and it could take up to 45 days. I assumed that meant that they would mail another letter and it would take at least 2 weeks to get there--I had no idea that they would contact them the next business day! It was about time, seeing as how they pretty much admitted fault in the email.

Now my mind is racing...if we are in AP now, I'm thinking it should be issued this week and arrive to Rocky sometime next week. I already told him to handle all of his business down there and start packing, because a day or two after the passport arrives to his house, his tan butt is on a plane coming home to his wifey!

Charity1214, I'm thinking about you, girl. I wish there was more that you guys could do to speed this up, but I know you've tried everything. It will happen in God's time and I'm continuing to pray for you!

As you can see with Rockys wife, it usually changes to Administrative processing first (this can take a couple hours or a weeks, depends on the consulate) and then issued.

Hey guys! I checked my visa status on the ceac website. It shows my visa status as refused (as it has been since my interview date). But i noticed something different.

Immigrant Visa Case Number: ISLXXXXXXXXXX XX ISL
    Case Creation Date: 13-Sep-2011
    Status Updated Date: 08-Apr-2013

As you can see my case has been updated today. Does that mean that USCIS has contacted the consulate stating my approved waiver? I was quite happy when i saw it showed my case has been updated. I feel like jumping from joy but im wondering why is it still showing me case as refused? Does this happen to everyone? I've tried to email the consulate today but when i send an email it says message delivery sending failed/email does not exist. Even though i'm emailing the email address they have provided in the official embassy website. This is the one:

    PakIVInfo@state.gov

    Here's the website: http://islamabad.usembassy.gov/conta...sy_emails.html

I made the subject of my email message my case number. What should i do now?

EDIT: I searched a bit more and found this. It's an website based email form submission. Should i send an email from here?

    Yeah Rocky's wife!

I have a new theory.....Spring Break.....people take off during this time, so they have't been working at full capacity. Now that Spring Break vacation is over with all over the country......USCIS, Nebraksa, Washington, NVC, all the consulates and everyone else should now be back at work and working at 110% until Memorial Day at the end of May. Then we fall into vacations for the summer........then we can come up with some new theories then.
