    We have an approval. Whoohoo!! Just got the approval letter. Are waiting on the instruction letter and appointment in Juarez.

    August 2, 2012- Visa in hands!!
    September 1, 2012- HUBBY HOME!!!
    Jan. 2014- Baby #2 due!!! ITS A BOY!
    2 BILs: middle BIL AP survivor 29 weeks!; youngest BIL F2A visa issued Dec 2013!

    Congratulations. Same thing happened to me. I got a waybill that day and I called the #202 and they said it was pending. The next day I called and they said approval. So it does happen. Clueless!!!1



    2/2003 - EWI
    July 22, 2011 - Mailed I-30
    July 25, 2011 - Received I-30
    July 27, 2011 - Mailed receipt to me
    08/01/2011 - Received receipt in the mail

    02/03/2012 - I 30 approved.
    04/27/2012 -my case complete.
    06/08/2012- CDJ Interview and approved for waiver.
    07/20/12 - Waiver date 07/20/12(Changed from 8/14)
    08/24/12 - Waybill Showed up
    08/25/12 - Approved

    08/26/12 - Mailed Passport to CDJ
    08/30/12 - Waybill appear
    09/03/12 - Hubby Picked up DHL PCKg - Visa Inside

    10/06/12 - Left for Mexico to meet Hubby
    10/17/12 - Hubby and I returned back Home
    10/29/12 - Welcome letter received.
    11/02/12 - GC arrived
    11/20/12 - SSn arrived

    While a referral is always possible, I would not go off of what the operators say. Just wait it out and see what the letter says. I know it's hard, I went through the same thing where a waybill popped up, but it was before I was on this forum and so I had no numbers to call at all. It did turn out to be a referral and I was heartbroken. However, that was back in March and now, my husband is coming home tomorrow. Being referred is hard and it sucks, but your husband will be home sooner than you know.
