K1 Process out of London

I was wondering if there was anyone who did the K1 process for a spouse out of London. I was just looking for a quick overview on the process you went through, questions asked, how long, etc.

London is pretty much the same as everywhere else.

The only quirk I know of is that they allow you to self sponsor a K1.

Where you sponsor yourself, without using your SO.
