Nebraska processing times? Does anyone know?

My waiver was transferred to Nebraska after 6 months of sitting at Vermont. Does anyone know what the processing times are like there and the success rates of a CIMT waiver?

How did you find out where your waiver was? When I call about my husbands they just tell me its pending or in administrative processing...

I checked my receipt # online. I also received the transfer notice in the mail yesterday. Are you going through Montreal as well? When did you submit your waiver?

A recent fraud waiver through Canada was moved to Nebraska Service Center because it has been about 6 months since submission, then 2.5 weeks after being move to NSC, we got the approval. We learned it was transferred because we received notice of the transfer.

    Ms.canusa,

I'm in the same boat, we applied last august, recieved letter in sept from vermont, then it was dead silent, yesterday we recieved letter that our case was transferred to Nebraska to "speed the processing", I'm hoping it's only few more weeks and really hoping for some good news after that!.
Please let us know of any good news and I'll update any info I revieve once they come in.
