    Chances of a visitor visa?

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.. looking to get a tourist visa for my spouse.. He has Permanent Residence in Canada, and is a Mexican national.. Where can I go for information of what visa he would need to visit the US and the requirements for it?

    Thanks.
