1999?? hubby EWI and is removed to Mexico the same day. he then comes back to the US
sometime towards the end of 2004 we start dating
August 2005 - we get married. We submit the I130 form and a week later I get deployed with the Army
November 2006 - I get home from Iraq
December 2007 - baby girl is born
October 2008 - hubby is arrested and ICE puts a hold on him
Spring 2009 - hubby gets transfered to an immigration jail two states away, to await his voluntary departure (lawyer plays up veteran status in order to get voluntary departure)
October 2010 - VISA interview in Tegucigalpa - eligible for waiver
December 2010 - Waiver paperwork submitted (again, only card we had was veteran's status. and lots and lots of prayer)
December 2011 - Approved for waiver!!!!!
January 3 2012 - submitted paperwork requested
February 10, 2012 - call from embassy "come next week to pick up your visa" yay!!!!!! Woohoo!!! We are so excited!!!!
