To anyone that has any thoughts on this. I attended my k-3 appointment a few days ago and was denied under 221g for public charge because I did not have my 1-134. I was told i could get it it take it to the DHL. My question is I have other inadmissibilities including deportation. The interviewer really did not say much about it. Why wasn't I denied for my prior deportation instead of public charge? And does anyone know how the process works after i have submitted my missing paperwork 1-134?
