k-3 denial

To anyone that has any thoughts on this. I attended my k-3 appointment a few days ago and was denied under 221g for public charge because I did not have my 1-134. I was told i could get it it take it to the DHL. My question is I have other inadmissibilities including deportation. The interviewer really did not say much about it. Why wasn't I denied for my prior deportation instead of public charge? And does anyone know how the process works after i have submitted my missing paperwork 1-134?

Then your case can go on. It's basically frozen right now until you submit the required paperwork and it must be done correctly. After that they will tell you of your other inadmissibility and give you the go to file the waiver.
