I just got done doing our visa application online for my stepson. I see everyone has been talking about email the civil documents but while filling out the application it told me to mail them? Anyone have any insight?

weird. mep means you should be able to do electronic processing. before sending anything, i'd call and talk to them at nvc.wouldn't want to waste time mailing stuff if they may not even look at it. good luck. sorry i can't help

okay so if the case says mep we can email alll the documents instead of mailing them please help?
Yes you have to. I actually got a message while doing the visa app that said to mail them. I emailed them and then got a letter saying DO NOT MAIL or it will slow the process down. Good luck
