12-31-07 married
1-17-08 sent in i-130
6-08 case moved to NVC
10-2-08 case completed
1st interview date 12-14-09
12-30-09 submitted waiver (later returned and $ was refunded)
1-22-10 AP completed case found ineligible to submit waiver forwarded to Washington for final decision
7-6-10 Visa denied due to "gang affiliation" were not aware until 9-3-10
8-3-10 Atty sent in response in hope of good news
9-12-10 I forwarded a copy of the atty's response to the embassy
9-20-10 Embassy called saying they were going to re-consider the case
1-4-11 - New Interview
April 2011 Officially denied again and no chance of reviewing our case again. Case Closed!!!!

September 14, 2011-Found out husband's appt. is October 18th in CDJ
October 14, 2011-Husband's x-ray came back abnormal, TB testing completed, quick results negative, waiting on long results, with an expected date of December 23rd, praying for an early January visa interview
January 4, 2012-Visa Interview
February 2, 2012-Waiver Interview
February 23, 2012-I-601 Waiver Approved!!!!!!!
March 3, 2012-Husband is home!!!!

6/2011 got I797. Receipt #
10/28/11 I130 case transferred to local USCIS office
2/2/12 I130 interview scheduled
2/3/12 I130 approved
next....next...next...
3/27/12 paid AOS and IV filing fees
5/22/12 received CBP FOIA results. I may just stop here
