Hey, Salvimami. I saw you email before you post, but this is what I replied to your email:

I have two tattoos, the one on my shoulder is a ying yang in flames and the one on my chest is a star with decorations on the sides. They took pictures of the tattoos during my second interview at the embassy, and interviewed me about why I got the tattoos. They also asked if I had any problems with alcohol or drugs, among other questions. After that, I waited about two and half months to be able to file the waiver.

I hope this helps. Not sure if it's possible to upload pictures on this website, but I think that you got the idea from the description.

I'm totally happy for you, Magic, but this is what drives me insane about that embassy. I called weeks ago to schedule hubby's final appt and they had absolutely NOTHING available until November 9th!!

They didn't say why, maybe whoever was looking in the system made a mistake, try to call to see if they have anything earlier, it's worth a try, stay strong nov is around the corner!

Yesterday morning, I sent an email to the address provided on the approval letter. They replied in minutes saying that they were going to check with the Immigrant Visa Unit (IVU).
I'm not assuring that my email was the reason why they called me today, but I think you can try to explain them about your situation and that you'd like to get a different date for the interview. It's an actual person the one replying those emails, not an auto reply. Don't you think it's worth the try? Please, try not to feel down.
