    Household Maintenance

Hey, smart I2USers, I'm looking for a list of household maintenance items. You know, change the air filters, clean the dryer vent, check the fridge (see, I don't even know what is done!)..... that type of stuff. I'd really love a list that tells me what should be done and how often. Right now, stuff just gets done when I remember (which is almost never). Trying to make sure all this hard work we've done on the house pays off... Any suggestions? Thanks!

I found a template for the auto maintenance, but it doesnt say at what mileage I'm supposed to be doing it.

That's because each make/model likes to have things done a little differently. Find your car manual and it will lay it out for you (you should find those online too).

You are one smart cookie! They even have all the service requests that have been done on my car FOREVER! The manual is telling me to change the oil yearly or every 10,000 miles - not so sure about that. We had to use this super expensive oil because that's what the manual called for but they said we didnt have to change it every 3k/3 months but instead 6k would be fine. So the costs was worth it skip an oil change and this oil is supposed to be good for longer. 5-6k miles ok, but 10k!
