    ugh nvc rfe!

i'm so mad, we received a rfe today because my paralegal didn't submit all the documents that were required
we will be sending the documents on monday via over night delivery, does anyone know how long it might take to get a case closure after all the documents will be submitted?

Cases close within about 6-12 days, usually. Shouldn't be long. Sounds like this lawyer's office really has had trouble knowing what to do!

Yes we are, weve had our case# for about 2wks and i feel our attorney is wasting time. When we got our i130 approved we made sure to gather all the NVC stuff ready to submit right away-it was worthless cuz that time was pretty much the 2wks our attyn wasted. I really wanted to be in Juarez by early Sept but it doesnt seem like thats going to happen. Now im hoping will make it by late Sept...

johnmkv is going through Poland, not Mexico, in case that affects the information anyone puts up here. Poland is not an Electronic Processing country as far as I know.
