FINALLY! all documents submitted the NVC!

FINALLY, after waiting on NVC forever I got a case number and then invoiced for the fees and today everything was finally paid, emailed, and submitted! Now lets see how long it takes for docs to be reviewed and case to close! I am afraid it will take a while since they are backed up but I am really hopeing for the case to close in time to get a sept appointment!
Anyone else finally getting through NVC?

make sure when you get your appt. schedule an appt w/ASC for fingerprints and print out the appt., ASC wants your passport, ASC appt., DS260 confirmation page, 1st appt letter, if not you will be able to complete your fingerprints. ASC will give further instructions before you exit the building. pay attention very important. Also do medical 2days before 1st appt. b/c could take up 2 days to get results. good luck

Were on the same boat. My husband is meeting w/our attorney on Monday to finalize everything, im kinda upset because i think out attorney is taking his sweet time to submit all needed documents to NVC but i guess i have to be patient so we dont miss anything. Im hoping for a Sept appt 2

wOO HOO!!!! Look at you, hopefully it will be over before you know it...Also did you look at Lizz Cannon thread about a false ASC e-mail....I guess they sent it to one of her clients asking for them to go over there at a certain time, its scary now the scamers are aware that we now have to go and get fingerprinted (beneficiary) there....

But you have some time before that, but just an fyi!!

we're pretty much on the same boat, submitted our documents last week monday. we're definately hoping for an early september interview. good luck to you, keeping my fingers crossed!

thank you this was very helpful! I didnt know about the DS260 confirmation page!

I am not good with depending on people so I am glad I don't have an attorney or that would be driving me crazy! hopefully your atty gets your stuff sent in ASAP!

sounds like your in a good position for a september appt! are you using an attorney? you will have to keep me updated when your case closes since I am so close behind you. I am so anxious! have you been calling and talking to the operater to see if it is closed yet?
