I know....I've been on vacation and then training for a new job. I finally am back on schedule tomorrow. I will do it then. Although, my attorney says I have to file paperwork to get it moved from USCIS to NVC. Why doesn't everybody? that's an extra $400.

Well, I called USCIS. They said they sent it. NVC said no. I scanned and emailed them. I wish I could have a government job!

me too. i'd actually do my job and NOT be rude to people. i got the rudest b last night. hopefully everything will go through. they have mine but i have to wait 20 business days to call back is what i was told last night, was also told they just got it 2 days ago when 2 days ago is when they wrote me and said USCIS had sent it but they didn't have it. liaaarrrss. they need to get on the ball, this was supposed to be the easy part lol

That stinks the person you spoke to was rude. I've called twice, once on Monday, and tonight. The lady I spoke with said that they have our file(was received on Monday) and about half of it has been uploaded. She told me to call back on Monday/Tuesday of next week. i guess i'll try back then too. i'm seriously wondering if they let them sit around until you call and ask/complain. monday was the email saying they didn't have it and uscis said it was on its way then yesterday morning was we have it but i can't get into it because it's being processed, call back this even to get a case number then that evening was we just recieved it monday ma'am, you have to wait 20 business days rarw rarw blah blah imgonnabereallyrude. wonder if uscis really did send it on june 23/24th and its just been chillin in a pile somewhere since then. boy we could all go up in there and make some changes, get stuff goin. quit jerkin people around. for people that have been waiting months and months, bug. the. hell. outta. them. i'm gonna make them hate me
