Hi I'm trying to assemple my NVC package at the moment, so I can send it as soon as my I-130 is approved (hopefully). I have a friend who is in the U.S Air force but is not a U.S citizen. Could he sponsor me? My employment can not be counted because i am the one being petitioned and thus my employment is illegal. My wife does not work. THANK YOU!!!
