    Memory card not working....

I have a toshiba laptop and an older sony cybershot. I always import my pics...never have a problem. All of a sudden my laptop won't recognize my sim card or any cd's. Did anyone ever experience this? I need to import pics from vacation!!!

I think that the safest way is tro try to import your pictures to another computer and save them in a CD or DVD and then take your computer to repair or get a new one. I used to have a Toshiba laptop and sometimes randomly would stop recognizing CD's and DVD's, it would show them as empty.
