We recieved our approval notice by mail on july 14,we were told that they had already sent the approval notice to ciudad juarez does anyone know how long it takes for ciudad juarez to have our approval notice in their system??

6/7/10 NVC CASE CLOSED
1st appt 29 July Approved to file waiver
2nd appt 27 Aug Waiver appt
9/11/10 Received DHL. We were backlogged due to not enough evidence to prove extreme hardship
11/8/10 Sent additional evidence
2/23/11 Senator office sent additional evidence and inquiry
7/6/11 Senator's office called and said on 30 June we were
7/22/11 Received approval letter
8/18/11 Received instruction letter
9/13/11 Fingerprint and picture appt
9/15/11 Follow up appt, now waiting on DHL
9/17/11 Picked up packet and is in the US with his family.
10/5/11 Received Green Card in the mail.
10/21/11 Got SS card in the mail

March 2 2009 visa appt. elegible for waiver-March 30 2009 waiver appt. backlogged HSL-March 30 2010 Denied from CDJ No suficiente HSL evidence
-Oct. 12 2010 second visa appt. elegible for waiver again.-Nov. 18 2010 second waiver appt.
-Nov. 22 2010 Backlogged again HSL
-July 07 2011 Got medical exam and submitted to the consulate thru DHL-July 08 2011 Consulate received package-July 13 2011 Waybill # showed - July 14 2011 picked up visa - July 16 Finally at home in kcmo

11-2009-- Filed I-130
12-2009-- I-130 is approved
04-2010-- Found out we were expecting
06-2010-- Case on hold for pregnancy
01-2011-- Blessed with a baby boy
04-2011-- sent originals to NVC
05-2011-- 1st app. at CDJ
07-2011-- waiting for waiver app. =l
06-2011--rescheduled waiver app. june 17th=]]
06-2011--Hoping for an Approval
07-2011--alomst 3 weeks and still waiting for a decision
07-2011--17 days later 703# said approved as of July 8th
07-20-11-hubby picked up package and on his way back to TJ.
