We got our bio letter today his apt is May 15 at 2 pm. He had his biometric apt from the i90 today so maybe theyll just use that and move along our process quicker.
How long after the bio apt does...

Yay so hopefully well get ours tommorow I noticed that the allready cashed the check so hopefully we hear soon. I just want to get everything done with this and hopefully theyll let us get the hosue

umm if i where you i would go in and talk to post office about that bc if you paid for next day it should have been there.. you pay alot for it to get overnighted.

what happened was we filed I 90 to due to being married over 2 yrs at time of entry they gave us 2 yr instead of 10 yr. this is what our sentor got today... USCIS records...

yep we did make a copy so ill make another copy. Im going to call the lawyer back in the morning and see what they say.. the lady i talked to today said i could send in the 751 without the money and...

Okay so i guess my question now is.. Does the removeral of conditins have to be done 90 days before the green card expires if thats the case then were allready pass the...

But my confusion is he shouldn have been given conditions right? so we shouldnt have to remove them since itwas there mistake

I have a couple questions.. Isnt it if your married 2 yrs at time of entry you are given 10 yr green card instead of 2 yr. ( thats what i thougth and was told so we sent off i-90 to get it...

we never postponed our apt. But i know it can be done. everlyn did i think she just ccalled the embasy and they gave her apt like 2 weeks later or something they called right before going

hope its his passport. Had it been longer then a year for your approval? if not hten its his passport and hell be home soon. Otherwise If his wavier was longer then a year then its probably medical...
